There
are a number of laws already
in effect and, each year,
newer laws are enacted
involving “Taxation,” “Bankruptcy,”
“Money Laundering,” etc.
The “USA PATRIOT Act” is
one law that should be
carefully watched. Under
the guise of combating
terrorism, Federal law
enforcement agencies have
the power to look into
your bank account and any
financial dealing you might
have overseas. Also of
interest are the “offshore
banking” laws.
